Strengthening academic practices
As Adult Education specialists, Transformation Consultancy was approached by a large maritime training provider within the Pacific to strengthen their academic practices. The Transformation Consultancy team developed a four-year education improvement plan to strengthen the teaching and assessment environment of the student cohorts. In consultation we audited the student journey from marketing and recruitment through to graduation. Importantly, we also traced the professional journey of the faculty.
The education improvement plan was unanimously endorsed and we are currently facilitating the implementation.
